Get the point?
I didn't. The needles of a Prickly Pear cactus look almost as sharp as they feel in this macro image taken with my 70-300mm zoom in Macro mode at 300mm focal length on my Canon 20D. The exposure was 1/400 seconds at f/32, ISO 1600. I had to clean up a lot of dust specks that appeared in the original image thanks to my dirty sensor.

Nice shot Jim. I think we think too much alike. I have a few of these pointed images myself and was going to post one soon. Guess I have to hold off now.
