Dear Deers

After a few moments, the deer and her friend decided they'd have enough of this deer watcher and ran across the hillside.

wow you have deers/plural/ out there :D

I've never seen one, so if there are deers then are there predators for them?

Yeah, there are coyotes, bobcats (and other wildcats) and probably a few other predators I can't think of at the moment to found out there. Oh, and humans too at least indirectly. The 2nd deer seems to be a male. The first a female. I can see some antlers on the deer to the right. The one on the left was the one I posted first.

i certainly heard crying of coyotes many times before. Usually when I am imaging at the wast side of tucson /alone/ it is pretty scary during the midnight.
But how could they take down a deer?? these deers look smaller than what we have in Mongolia though. Male one in Mongolia looks like to have a small sized bush on their heads. :P
