Betty Jane is a P-51 Mustang that was on hand at the Marana Regional Airport the weekend of April 20-22, 2012 along with B-24 Witchcraft (visible in the background at right) and B-17 Nine O Nine. This image was taken with my 10mm fisheye lens with an exposure of 1/400 seconds at f/8, ISO 100.
A frequent photoblog with select favorites of my photographs. Subjects are typically nature, landscape, astrophotos, existing light.

How do you find out about these events Jim? I never knew they were there. Good shot BTW.
Dave - I found out about it on the evening news last Thursday or Friday afternoon (while still on Kitt Peak). Looked up the details w/ a Google search. They're here almost every year they said. It was $425 for a flight on the B-17 or B-24 & something like $3000 for a P-51 ride.
