Morning shadows
The view towards the west in the early morning light shows the long shadows cast by Kitt Peak stretching across the basin floor. This image was taken with my 24mm lens with an exposure of 1/500 seconds at f/8, ISO 400.
I almost posted a shot from last night showing My. Lemmon's shadow pointing east, with Mt. Graham and the LBT off in the distance. It's scary how often we grab images of similar subjects at nearly the same time!
Yeah, it's funny how that happens. Of course, we're both on top of mountains with a sunset and a sunrise each night - what else are we going to take pictures of.... :-)
