The UofA campus is directly under the flight path of airplanes heading for the main runway at DMAFB, so we get tot see lots of different types of planes, but mostly A-10s and F-16s. This A-10 was making its turn onto final as I snapped its photograph. This image was taken with my 70-300mm zoom at 300mm focal length with an exposure of 1/2000 seconds at f/8, ISO 400.
