Solar Halo

Our first day started with partly cloudy skies that gave us a very pretty halo around the sun. Old Baldy - an alternate name for Mt. Wrightson is silhouetted at lower left. This image was taken with my 10mm fisheye lens with an exposure of 1/1000 seconds at f/11, ISO 100.
