Bear Down Arizona. The University of Arizona fight song is called "Bear Down, Arizona" and is derived from the story of John "Button" Salmon, the football teams Quarterback in 1926 when he was involved in a car accident. The coach visited him on his deathbed and he uttered the words on this memorial statue: "Tell them... tell the team to Bear Down." This image was taken on September 14 using my Canon 20D with the kit 18-55mm zoom lens set to 34mm focal length. The exposure was 1/200s at f/22, ISO 400.
