Another day another sunset

The sunset was quite pretty again last night. I love to bracket a scene with foreground objects - in this case a neighbors palm trees offer a perfect silhouette to contrast the colors in the sky. This image was taken with the kit lens on my 20D at 34mm focal length with an exposure of 1/50 seconds at f/4.5, ISO 400. Posted by Picasa

Great photos.

I was just clicking around on that "next blog" tag at the top. Came across your blog, and the ironic thing is I took a photo of the sunset tonight -- although I'm not a serious photographer. It's not even a hobby, actually. I just happened to post on it today.

Oh, and my name is Jim, too.

Good stuff.

Cheers.
